All waste removed

A bathroom refit needs the plumbing plan agreed before the room is stripped. Aimen checks the waste routes, hot and cold feeds, shower pressure, toilet position, ventilation, flooring and access so the quote reflects the real work behind the finished suite.

Rip-out, first fix and second fix

The job can include removing the old suite, moving pipework, fitting the bath or shower, installing taps, toilet and basin, connecting the towel rail and coordinating the final fixtures. Clear staging matters because delays usually come from hidden pipework, poor floors or late changes to the layout.

Smaller upgrades and related work

Not every bathroom enquiry needs a full renovation. A customer may only need taps and fixtures, a new hot water route from hot water cylinders or radiator changes as part of central heating.

What our customers say

“Tami Plumbing did a great job, fixing both a leak in a pipe leading to the toilet and in swapping out and installing a new electric shower. They were communicative and friendly throughout.”

Joe Evans

“Great service from start to finish. He installed my dishwasher and went above and beyond to take care of the extra work needed. Very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Everything was completed properly and left neat and tidy. Good price. Highly recommend!”

Mahfoud Chebli

“He showed up on time, repiped behind our dishwasher cleanly, explained what he was doing, and even helped with the installation even though it wasn’t in the job. Professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. I’d happily recommend him”

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a bathroom refit take?
It depends on the size of the room, whether the toilet or pipework is moving and how much tiling there is. Aimen gives you a timeline with the quote and tells you which days you will be without a working toilet or shower, so you can plan around them.
Is tiling included?
Yes, if you want it. Plumbing, tiling, fixtures and the finishing touches can all be done as one job, so you are not chasing separate trades. If you only want the plumbing done, say so and it is priced that way.
Can I supply my own suite?
Yes. Send the product names or links before the work is booked so Aimen can check the sizes, waste positions and valve types suit the room.
What should I send for a bathroom quote?
Photos of the whole room from the doorway and each corner, rough measurements, what you want changed and anything you have already picked out.
