Boiler Repair
When the heating or hot water stops, the cause is not always inside the boiler. Low pressure, a leak on the heating system, a stuck valve, a failed pump or a thermostat that has stopped talking to the boiler can all look like a breakdown. Aimen looks at the whole system so you are not paying for boiler parts you do not need.
Who does what
Any work on the gas side of the boiler is carried out by our Gas Safe registered partner engineers, as the law requires. Aimen handles the plumbing and heating side: pressure, leaks, valves, radiators and controls. You book once and we arrange the right person for each part of the job.
Details to send first
Send the boiler make and model, a photo of the fault code or warning light, the pressure gauge and any water underneath. Say whether you have lost heating, hot water or both. That helps get the right parts and the right engineer to you first time.
Repair or wider heating work
If the boiler is old and keeps failing, it may be time to look at boiler installation. Faults caused by dirty system water or poor circulation often lead on to power flushing or central heating work.
